It would be my pleasure and honour to share my story of thirty years of happy hotel-keeping at Harvey’s Point; of starting, scaling and selling our business. Hoping to inspire you with my passion for hospitality, teamwork and excellence in customer care.

Our Story

From an old cottage, hidden in the hills of #Donegal, to one of the leading hotels in Ireland.

“Deirdre has a natural gift of story-telling and connecting with people. Her passion, humour and energy are quite simply inspirational.”

“Deirdre’s skills and knowledge are in full flight when she is in front of an audience. Engaging, honest and motivating- she will ensure that everyone present gets something from the talk. Cannot recommend her and her ability highly enough”

Tourism / Hospitality

Following a lifetime of learning in hotel-keeping and hospitality, it is natural for me to want to help others to aspire to excellence in this exciting industry.

Customer Experience

I can help companies reach out to their customers by working closely with the team to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences for every step of the customer journey.
